Michelle A. O'Brien
Assistant Dean of Administration and OperationsMichelle oversees BioMed Human Resources and BioMed Finance. She works directly with biology department managers and staff to address administrative issues within and across departments, develops and implements best practices and operating procedures, and supports a responsive and transparent culture of continuous improvement. Michelle sets the standard for the Division’s administrative approach and promotes a high-service culture that emphasizes service excellence for our faculty, staff, students, and trainees.

Assistant Director, Project ManagementHeather works closely with the Assistant Dean of Administration and Operations to ensure timely execution of matters that advance the mission, objectives, and priorities of BioMed. She serves as a communication facilitator with key stakeholders across BioMed and the University to promote transparency, policy awareness, and operational excellence.
