Think BIG is a BioMed Process Improvement Group whose mission is to reduce administrative burden and improve BioMed operational efficiency.

We are a group of representatives from across BioMed, who want to foster and coordinate collaboration across BioMed departments and centers.  Here are the areas we address:

Recent Accomplishments

illustration of an hourglassStreamlined the Graduate Student Costing Process: Departments are able to make graduate student costing updates for monthly changes and update graduate student appointment type and financial information in GSIM. This improvement decreases processing times in GSIM and WorkDay.
